I want to thank you all for being a valued member of the Kansas State Nurses Association! As we look to the future of our association, we are seeking feedback from our Millennials and Gen Z members.
According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, by 2031 the majority of the workforce will be from the Millennial (1981-1996) and Gen Z (1997-2013) generations, with Millennials making up over 40% of the labor force and Gen Z making up around 30%.
The Kansas State Nurses Association strives to stay relevant and inclusive; we want to hear from you as a dynamic group of young professionals.
