INFECTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL TRAINING
FOR NURSES. BY NURSES.
Nurses are the nation’s first line of defense against infectious diseases such as COVID-19. That’s why ANA has partnered with the CDC to present Project Firstline, an interactive series of free online tools that give you the training and information you need about infection prevention and control (IPC). Comprehensive education includes best practices addressing COVID-19 and other pathogens, as well as evidence-based strategies to improve outcomes.
Project Firstline resources are designed to help you understand and confidently apply IPC principles regardless of previous training or background. New courses will be added as information advances so you can stay prepared with the latest knowledge. Together, we can stop the spread.
